DVI Video Splitter (VSP-1000) is a device that allows a single DVI or HDMI video signal to be split to 2 displays. It supports both analog and digital signals and complies with the DVI 1.0 standard1 and can also perform its function when not powered (passive mode)2. Support for all DVI and VGA resolutions combined with Plug and Play installation makes VSP-1000 an easy and straightforward device that gets the job done.

Connection schemes

In active mode (when powered) VSP-1000 splits video signal to two monitors. Primary monitor receives DDC, while secondary does not.
In passive mode (when not powered) VSP-1000 splits video signal to two monitors. Video signal to secondary monitor is provided if video card provides at least 700mA on pin 14 of DVI
